Shouvick Gosh - Assistant Headteacher 6th Form
I studied Economics and Economic History [BA [Hons] at Portsmouth University. I then trained for a PGCE in History at Sussex University. In 2006 I received a Masters Degree in Education from Sussex. I have taught in several schools in the region including Beacon in Crowborough, The Angmering School and Seaford Head Community College where my specialisms have been History, Politics and PE. I have also taught Humanities, General Studies, Economics and the Extended Project Qualification.
I have been Assistant Headteacher and Head of Sixth Form at Thomas Bennett since 2002 and have remained at the school for so long because I have loved the role and the opportunity to work with many exceptional young people from the locality. I have also had a range of responsibilities within the school including Child Protection, Safeguarding and Staff Development. I am currently responsible for Performance Management of Staff and the School Calendar.
